Help Question how to get scripts on the forum

Hey guys. I'm new here on the forum. I want to download some scripts. But I didn't really understand the forum. I need to have enough likes to download a file or be a VIP member to be able to download. Would it be this? Another thing, if I subscribe to VIP plans, I can download the scripts that are posted on the forum.

I understood. But as a VIP member, I can download the scripts without needing the necessary number of likes. Because there are some scripts that interest me and need 500 likes. My question is, as a VIP, can I download it even if I don't have the necessary likes? Can you clarify this better for me?
